Guwahati April 5:Close on the hills of the sensational discovery of Indian

Express about a coup in New Delhi ,another news item has appeared in the national daily which has spooked the country for the second time.In the late city edition the newsdaily has reported a sensational news.On April 1 while the nation was celebrating National Unity Day with much fervour few battalions of the Assam Home Gaurd moved towards Koindadhora Hills in Guwahati to capture the CM's palace and take Assam under its control.
While reports are still coming in it seems two batallions of Assam Home Guards moved towards the Koinadhora Hills one from Jalukbari side and the other from Sonapur side.A third group moved towards Dispur Secretariat in "Trekkers"-Tata Sumo of common Guwahatian.
As soon as Dispur got the information they began evacuating the offices. The Assam Police (which habitually beats up the Home Gaurds whenever they protest against their low wages) meanwhile arrived to beat up the home guards once again.
Indian Express has exclusive documents to prove that mass leader Akhil Gogoi was behind this attempted coup.It seems Akhil had recently joined the Home Guards as an alternate source of employement. Questions are now being raised about the security of Dispur and the CM's residence. After this incident the state government has decided to put the prestigous unbelivable Guwahati Metro Project to hold since metros might be used next time by the Home guards.
Meanwhile Sekhar Gupta of the Indian Express couldn't be reached for verification of this coup story. He seems to have gone underground in search of another coup story.
